The Facilities Approach to Infectious Diseases

In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection, we have implemented thorough hygiene management to ensure the safety of our guests.

• We verify your identity with a photo ID such as a driver’s license when you check in. Please present your ID card.
• To prevent the spread of infection, we encourage our staff to wear masks.
• Alcohol for disinfection is available throughout the building, so please disinfect your hands frequently.
• In order to avoid the spread of infection, some of the services we have been providing may not be available. Please understand that we may not be able to provide some of the services that we used to provide.
• If you feel sick or unwell during your stay, please inform our staff immediately.
• Please take your temperature in advance on the day of your stay.
  *We may refuse your stay if you have a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, or if you have any symptoms such as fatigue. *We conduct temperature checks at the entrance. We appreciate your cooperation.

Measures for the venue and equipment

• The chairs, reception desk, door knobs, and other common areas are disinfected by the hotel staff for each banquet.
• We will provide as much space between seats and tables as possible.
• We suggest that the layout should be less than half of the maximum number of guests.
• Acrylic boards will be placed at each table.
• Regular ventilation in the lobby and the venue, and air purifiers will be installed in the venue.

Measures related to serving food

• In order to avoid contact as much as possible, we will provide individual lunches.
• When serving buffet style, we ask that you wear vinyl gloves. (*We reserve the right to refuse to hold the event depending on the method of service, number of people, etc.)

Employee Initiatives

• We will take your temperature and wear a mask when you arrive at work each day.
• We wash and disinfect hands regularly.

Requests to Customers

• We ask for your cooperation in wearing a mask, disinfecting with alcohol, and taking your temperature when entering the building.
