Measures for the venue and equipment
- The chairs, reception desk, door knobs, and other common areas are disinfected by the hotel staff for each banquet.
- We will provide as much space between seats and tables as possible.
- We suggest that the layout should be less than half of the maximum number of guests.
- Acrylic boards will be placed at each table.
- Regular ventilation in the lobby and the venue, and air purifiers will be installed in the venue.
Measures related to serving food
- In order to avoid contact as much as possible, we will provide individual lunches.
- When serving buffet style, we ask that you wear vinyl gloves. (*We reserve the right to refuse to hold the event depending on the method of service, number of people, etc.)
- We will take your temperature and wear a mask when you arrive at work each day.
- We wash and disinfect hands regularly.
Requests to Customers
- We ask for your cooperation in wearing a mask, disinfecting with alcohol, and taking your temperature when entering the building.
